Drop-Shipping Wholesale Terms and Conditions |

Terms: RussArmy.com does not charge our drop-shipper members monthly fees. All RussArmy.com drop-shipper members are required to put up a security deposit in the amount of $50.00. 100% of the security deposit will be credited to your eleventh’s sale.
All orders are prepaid via money orders, wire transfers to our corporate account, or by a major credit card before we will drop-ship on your behalf. See sample: |

Minimums: There are no minimums applied to drop-shipped products.
Orders Shipped: F.O.B. Brooklyn, New York UPS or USPS. The carrier choice is RussArmy.com decision. RussArmy.com uses UPS for domestic and EMS for worldwide shipping. UPS will provide delivery prices depending on customer's choice of delivery service.
RussArmy.com will not drop-ship on your "shipping account" number. RussArmy.com discourages domestic USA shipments to USPS post office boxes because the USPS does not offer adequate shipment tracking nor does the US Postal Service offer package pick-up service. Each drop shipment sent to a post office box in the USA will not be traceable. Shipping via the US Postal Service is at your own risk.
Sales Taxes, Customs and Duties for International Sales
RussArmy.com, is not required by law to charge sales tax outside New York state, therefore there is no sales tax for orders delivered outside New York states. You should check with Customs and find out what duties, if any, your customers will have to pay. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Return and Exchange Policy (Effective Date 11/10/2003) 15 Day Return Policy
RussArmy.com has a very fair but firm return policy. Watches that are Brand New (never worn, no signs of wear) can be returned for credit up to 15 days from the date of purchase. We do not sell used watches and will not accept returns or exchanges that show any signs of wear. Under no circumstances will a used watch be eligible for a refund.
All returns must have a return authorization number. A return authorization number does not guarantee a refund. There is a restocking fee of five dollars per item by requesting a return authorization number via RussArmy.com by phone. Watches that are returned without a return authorization number will be assessed a restocking fee of ten dollars and may be refused at our option. If you exchange the watch for one of equal or greater value, the restocking fee usually will be waived. If you decide to return the watch do not forget to return the instruction manuals, warranty, and gift box. Please note that the delivery charges are non-refundable. Please address your package in a similar format. Beware of any dot.com company that does not have a similar return policy. Please note that Registered mail is not a guaranteed service and a tracer for lost packages can not be started until 60 days after date of shipment.

Freight charges are non-refundable. It is customer’s responsibility to ship the watch back to us via a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx etc. Do not forget to insure the watch for the amount of the credit you are expecting. Once we get your package we will email you that we have received it. There are some exceptions to the above stated policy. In those cases, we will assess the return policy on an individual basis in writing. Brand new defective watches should be sent back to RussArmy.com for rapid service. Used defective watches should always be sent to the appropriate service center on your warranty. Do not send them to RussArmy.com as it will delay your repair and will be sent back to you. No person at RussArmy.com is authorized to change this policy without written authorization.
Exchanges
Brand new (never worn, no signs of wear) can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please return the watch with a note requesting which watch you would like to exchange it for and what shipping option you require. Once we get your package we will email you that we have received it. The restocking fee will be waived if the exchange watch is equal to or greater than the original watch. We will contact you by phone or by e-mail for your billing information to apply credit for the difference of the exchange and for whatever freight options you chose. You do not need to contact customer service for exchanges but please mark exchange on the package. RussArmy.com is not responsible for products we do not receive or products damaged in shipping. Do not forget to insure the watch for the amount of the credit you are expecting. Watch Warranty Information
"Vostok" the manufacturer of Russian Military Watches warrants it’s products to be freeof defects in material and workmanship for 18 months from the shipment date unless otherwise noted. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and scratches to the watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem or crystal/glass, and damaged caused by the excessive wear and tear and/or physical /accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer’s water resistance limitations are not considered to be defective by most manufacturers' warranty agreements. Please refer to your warranty agreement enclosed with your merchandise for specifics. Before returning the product to the Russian Military Watch manufacturer, we recommend contacting us directly via website to obtain specific return instructions.
Used Defective Watches
Must be sent to the address on the warranty card only. Watches sent back to RussArmy.com, instead of directly to the address shown on the warranty card will be assessed a $10 service charge that will be billed to your credit card on record. If there are any doubts as to where to send the watch please e-mail info@RussArmy.com for instructions.
Brand New Defective Watches (never worn, no signs of wear)
Can be sent back to RussArmy.com within 15 days for rapid replacement. We hope this never happens but if it does please send the watch to RussArmy.com the least expensive way you can. The freight charges to RussArmy.com are refundable and freight out back to you is on us. Please mark the package in a similar format

Other Policies Wrong Items Sent
We hope this never happens but if it does we want to make it right. If you wish to have us arrange to pickup the item please complete this shipping request form and we will send a call tag to have the watch picked up at our expense. Please explain what has happened. We will then contact you to have the correct watch sent out. We cannot reimburse shipping cost if you decide not to let us correct the problem. Do not request a call tag if you only intend to return the item. See above regarding how to return a watch. No person at Poljot-Vostok.com is authorized to change this policy without written authorization.
Lost Shipments
Sometimes when a shipment leaves the warehouse of RussArmy.com it gets lost or stolen. In these situations we will put in a claim with the carrier and reship the item once the carrier accepts the claim. If this happens to your shipment understand it is our problem until you sign for the package. You will not ever be out any money for an item that you have not received. No person at RussArmy.com is authorized to change this policy without written authorization.

Sales Tax Policy
RussArmy.com , is not required by law to charge sales tax outside New York state, therefore there is no sales tax for orders delivered outside New York states.
RussArmy.com will not cover a shipping damage return and/or replacement in which the vendor and/or the vendor's customer fails to follow the proper procedure.
Errors: RussArmy will charge shipping errors to your account unless RussArmy is the cause of the error. Shipping errors include shipment refusal by you or your customer, incorrect address, address change and failed delivery. Shipping error charges include return shipping costs, $5.00 per address change/correction and any costs for reshipment.
Inventory: RussArmy.com’s inventory is not guaranteed in terms of in-stock status and restock dates. Inventory status information is estimated and may change without notice. Likewise product descriptions and may also change without notice.
